J.J. Spaun, 2022 Valero Texas Open champion returned to San Antonio for the annual Media Day on January 19. While in town, his day was full of events and activities in addition to the press conference, where J.J. proudly announced he will be defending his title this spring, March 30 - April 2, 2023. | | Volunteers: Being a Part of Something BIG | |

The success of the Valero Texas Open is due in large part to over 2,000 volunteers who give generously of their time, talent and energy through our dynamic committees. Volunteers play an important role in the tournament's charitable mission to raise funds and awareness for hundreds of worthy causes throughout San Antonio and the South Texas region.
We are looking for volunteering enthusiasts with a passion to help and together create a fantastic Valero Texas Open experience for PGA TOUR players, corporate sponsors and spectators alike. During the week, you'll make new friends, get a behind-the-scenes look at a PGA TOUR tournament and witness many of the world's top golfers as they compete right here in your back yard!
As a volunteer you will receive benefits including grounds admission for guest, complimentary beverages and food during your shifts, volunteer polo & hat, tournament access all week and more! Volunteers who work over 18 hours receive one transferable appreciation golf round and those who volunteer over 30 hours receive two rounds of golf at TPC San Antonio.

The first one hundred (100) active-duty members of the military that register to volunteer at the Valero Texas Open will receive a 50% discount on the registration fee, compliments of Diligent Consulting Inc. Click here to verify your status and claim your discount.

Located between the 16th tee & 11th tee, ULTRA Club provides an intimate viewing area to cheer on the PGA TOUR pros. This venue features a patio with umbrella tables & tiered seats, a covered viewing deck, and open-air dining. Enjoy access to in-venue concessions, bar service, along with luxury restrooms. |  |
| Lexus Cabana Club ($425/day)
Provides fun and excitement at one of the most popular venues on course. Located between the 16th Green & 17th Tee and adjacent to the fan-friendly Backyard, guests can view the action from multiple vantage points. Enjoy complimentary breakfast, lunch buffet, afternoon hors d'oeuvres, & hosted bar service, as well as access to luxury restrooms. | |
| Centennial Club presented by San Antonio International Airport ($525/day)
Offers a luxurious and entertaining environment right on top of the action at the competition's closing hole. Experience a relaxed yet upscale atmosphere to mingle, socialize and network in the air-conditioned dining and lounge area or watch many of the world's top PGA TOUR players finish out their rounds from the covered, outdoor, tiered-seating overlooking the 18th hole. Enjoy complimentary breakfast, lunch buffets, afternoon hors d'oeuvres, & hosted bar service providing a superior spectator experience, as well as access to luxury restrooms. |
Too many options but can't decide on just one?! Consider a Presidential Pass, which provides credentialed access to all three venues so you can take in the competition and atmosphere from any of these incredible vantage points. Tickets are $575 per day, Thursday-Sunday.
Tickets will increase by $15 starting March 20.
