As we celebrate the 105th anniversary of the Valero Texas Open, we want to hear your story. What brings you back year after year? | | Registration Underway: 2026-2027 Champions fore Charity | |

What if I said that through a partnership with the Valero Texas Open’s fundraising program, Champions fore Charity, your favorite nonprofit could receive up to a $10,000 donation for unrestricted funds? Oh, the possibilities!
Charities and schools get creative in raising funds while minimizing risks, preventing unnecessary costs, and maximizing successful and impactful results. With that in mind, the Valero Texas Open continues to provide an opportunity to assist with fundraising strategies.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Champions fore Charity is unique in that there are NO COSTS except time... and participating organizations receive 100% of funds generated and sometimes more with the incentives offered, like a 7% match provided by the Valero Texas Open and the Champions fore Charity program partners. Isn't it difficult to pass on 107% revenue with zero risk?
Funds are generated by soliciting donations from individuals and corporations with the flexibility to pay in advance or to be billed after the tournament. The six-month campaign will kick off October 14 and will conclude in April 12, 2027 - providing ample time to fundraise as much or as little during the season as desired.
Registration to participate in the 2026-2027 fundraising campaign for charities and schools is underway. All types of philanthropies, as well as school programs like athletic teams, dance & cheer, science programs, PTA, Project Graduation and much more... are welcome to participate.
Register no later than Tuesday, September 8, to receive custom, pre-printed donation forms for the upcoming fundraising season. We look forward to helping more charities & schools raise funds!
There are many benefits for organizations to register and participate:

| | No merchant fees passed onto donors nor participating charities. | |
| | A custom donation link & dedicated fundraising page is provided on the Valero Texas Open website for your donors to easily access. Custom printed donation forms are also available at no cost, if desired. | |
| | Through the "friendraiser" platform, individuals can build their own page and raise funds for a charity/school of choice with funds directly being applied to the charitable organization. | |
| | 100% of the funds your organization raises through the fundraising campaign goes directly back to your organization. | |
| | Billing, collections, and tax thank-you acknowledgements are provided on behalf of the participating charities (offered, not required). | |
| | Donors have a chance to win prizes. | |
| | Participating organizations can earn additional funds through a variety of incentives offered. | |
| | By raising a minimum of $1,000+, participating organizations earn an additional 7% match on what's collected in the program. The incentive amount funded has a cap of $10,000 per an organization. | |

| | FedExCup Playoffs Are Here | |

The FedExCup Playoffs turn 20 this year. That’s two decades' worth of champions, career-defining experiences and memorable moments.
This year’s construct of FedExCup points matches the same for THE PLAYERS Championship and all four majors. Instead of 2,000 points, the winners of the FedEx St. Jude and next week’s BMW Championship will bank 750. Only the top 50 will advance to the next leg of Playoffs. None of the Playoffs will have a cut. This is the fourth edition of the Playoffs with only 70 qualifiers.
Just for qualifying for the Playoffs, all 70 have earned fully exempt status for the 2027 season. Every player who reaches the BMW Championship earns spots in each Signature Event next season.
Help us cheer on three of our past champions in the field competing, including 2025 champion Brian Harman, 2024 champion Akshay Bhatia, 2019 & 2023 champion Corey Conners, and 2021 champion Jordan Spieth.
The top golfers are on the edge of glory but only one will claim the PGA TOUR's Ultimate Prize. Best of luck to all!
